Paniqui North District was established in 1968 when “Paniqui Elementary School” the first public school in Paniqui, was divided into two Districts. It was built in front of the town plaza and since then until the present time, it is regarded as one of the historical landmarks in Paniqui. The District was blessed with past highly competent and efficient Supervisors, namely: Mesdames Elena D. Estanislao, Caridad Manlapig, Rosario Benitez, Sofia A .Domingo,Maximina Z. Uson, Diosalina T. Abubo, Evangeline J. Exiomo, Ester A. Tangonan, Mr. Jose M. Ferrer, Sr and Dr. Remedios P. Dugay. Currently, Paniqui North District is headed by Dr. Alicia De Guzman Alegado a compassionate but achievement oriented type of leader whose battle cry to achieve the District's mission, vision and goals is “UST” an acronym for Unity, Solidarity and Teamwork. Thus, when Paniqui North Central Elementary School (PNCES) was razed by fire in 1996, office location in addition to inadequate classrooms became one of the formidable problems. After a year of the said unfortunate event, Dr. Alegado was assigned as the School Principal II of PNCES. She relentlessly worked fot its rehabilitation from soil analysis to construction. With the help of Mesdames Ligaya Hilario, Maria Tabunda and Sir Artemio Caspe, they painstakingly produced the necessary documents for the said project and untiringly made follow ups from the Divison to DePed Cenral Office. Due to limited space. Dr. Alegado decided to alter the original plan of two-story to three-story building. Their perseverance, diligence and efforts paid off when the construction was finished in 2002. The said accomplishment became one of the fundamental reasons which substantiate the selection of Dr.Alegado as the “ Most Outstanding Principal” in Tarlac Province which consequently, greatly contributed to her multifarious achievement and positively redounds in making her number 1 in the ranking fot District Supervisors.
