The first quarter of the game was dominated by Estacion, 26-20. But the players of Poblacion Norte got back on the game and finished the first half with an 8 point lead, 49-41. The second-half of the game was owned by Poblacion Norte, with 69-58 on the end of the third quarter, and 87-73 on the final quarter.

The team was led by their top players, Richard Pons (mythical five) and Arnold La Torre, who was awarded as the MVP of the tournament. The team of Poblacion Norte won the championship under head coach George Martinez.

The tournament opened last December 1, 2011 with fifteen Barangays (Tablang, Colibangbang, Abogado, Matalapitap, Rang-Ayan, Estacion, Canan, Sinigpit, Samput, Pob Norte, Coral, Pob Sur, Cariño, Patalan, Ventinilla) competing for the trophy. The top six Barangays (Abogado, Canan, Estacion, Matalapitap, Pob Norte, Tablang,) proceeded to the semi- finals, and then the two team who led the Semi-finals, proceeded to the finals.

The Mythical Five was awarded last January 25, 2012, during the half-time break of the Game 2 of the finals, at the Paniqui Plaza Basketball Court. Rolly Gozum (Canan), Jayson Bravo (Estacion), Ace San Juan (Estacion), Richard Pons (Pob Norte), and Arnold La Torre (Pob Norte).
