| LGU Paniqui hosts PMS Orientation |
 LGU Paniqui hosts the Civil Service Commission sponsored orientation on Performance Management System (PMS) to department heads of the LGUs of Paniqui, Gerona, and Anao.According to the CSC, PMS is a concept that creates a culture of individual and collective efficiency, productivity, accountability, and ultimately, performance-based security of tenure in the government and links the employee's performance with the agency's vision, mission and strategic goals. The installation of PMS in the Civil Service is being implemented via CSC Memo Circular No. 7, series 2007. The whole day orientation will be held at the Sangguniang Bayan will be conducted CSC Region III personnel too all department heads in the said LGUs.
