Death

Death is very sad event that could happen to a member of a family. Securing a death certificate facilitates whatever benefits or inheritance you can get out of this sad occurrence. This legitimize any transfer of properties or assets one could leave behind. This is also required should the spouse left behind wants to get married again.

Procedures

  1. Secure an application form from the Civil Registrar
    Please be ready to supply the following requirement:

    • Full name of the deceased
    • Date of death
  2. Proceed to the local cashier for the payment of fees

  3. Present your receipt and application form to the Local Civil Registrar.
